I liked that they were able to customize my package for me which was very helpful as we had some specific goals in mind when it came time to create our program together! They didn't really do much outside of being there at one point during setup but other than them not staying engaged with us throughout, everything has been great!! The support team does an excellent job keeping things moving along smoothly once set up so don’t stress about needing additional help from anyone else after you have signed off all your details/agreements etc.- It's good having someone come into the process who knows exactly what you need out of this experience (and can ensure those needs get met), saves everyone involved both money & valuable resources by cutting down unnecessary steps / meetings - Helps keep momentum going because now every step forward feels like its building upon.
