It's easy for applicants who are looking at applying online through their computer or mobile device as well as those that want an electronic copy of application materials submitted in paper format.

The website has been improving over time but there have still be some glitches here and there making this service less than satisfactory overall. I would recommend using other services such as Indeed because they provide additional benefits including career advancement options not offered by US Jobs (i.e., resume tracking). We use U S Jobs when searching new candidates from all different backgrounds so we can get our best fit candidate within minutes rather then days/weeks like traditional methods used before us.
