Perfect for washing dishes
I have recently switched to carbon steel cookware that cannot be washed and soaked in the dishwasher. They're easy to peel after they're seasoned, but they may need some help. These brushes are easy to use (longer handles can affect this), have stiff bristles for removing dirt, and handle heat well (I often wash pans while they're still pretty hot). They lasted several months and I couldn't be happier. I haven't had to use mail since I got them and my pans look amazing. Highly recommended.
