My 5 year old almost outgrew his size 12 shoes so I'm ordering him a 12.5. At first he was enthusiastic about the look and color of the shoes. When he put it on, he immediately wanted to take it off again because it was too small and tight for him. He doesn't have wide legs. So I think the shoes are too small. The bottom material also does not offer any grip as described in other reviews. So for me it's a return.
