I bought the Simpatch patch pack when I started Freestyle Libre 14 days CGM 3 weeks ago. I've read a lot of comments online about people not being able to keep the sensor in place for the full 14 days, and many people have recommended Simpatch or similar products for keeping the sensor on. I am very satisfied with this product. It held in place for around 11 days despite showering and exercising in hot, humid weather, and when the edges started to loosen I simply cut off the loose bits and the patch continued to hold the sensor in place for a full 14 days . . I think this is a great product and works as advertised. While some people have commented that it's too big and doesn't cover the edges of the sensor adhesive, I haven't found that to be the case - it's perfect as long as you don't stretch the patch during application. That. Application is a bit tricky as the only legal place to wear the Libre sensor is on the back of your hand, leaving only one hand to attach Simpatch, which I found almost impossible. It's much easier to ask a friend or family member to carry it. Great product and the company seems very interested in customer satisfaction.
