I like that it has all of our communication in one place so we don't have to try to keep track of multiple emails or messages. Also being able to send out team alerts from within the platform without having to go through email makes life easier for everyone involved with an emergency response. The software can be difficult to navigate at first but once you get used to how everything works its not too hard to figure out. We use this as a way to communicate during emergencies with our employees who work remotely and also to notify local authorities about specific areas where there are active incidents.
