The charger itself works great! The dash mount bullet isn't great, but it was optional, so I'm not giving it any stars. I really didn't want to use the vent mount for fear of breaking the vent, but the handle on this thing works fine, hope I'll be ok. The deflector mount ball appears to have a rubberized finish, while the dash mount ball is smooth. I sanded it down with sandpaper to make it hold better. The ball itself worked, but the glue attaching it to the dash didn't hold up very well. I had to buy another glue and am waiting to put it back on the dashboard. I use a Pixel 4 XL and charging is perfect and the mount holds my phone well. Thanks for a great product!
