The first stylus I bought wasn't rechargeable. I contacted the company and received a new one within a week. Excellent customer service! The new stylus pencil works flawlessly. I love it for the nonogram puzzles I solve on my phone. This pencil makes working with jigsaw puzzles much easier. It's not entirely accurate sometimes, but I just adjust where I click on the screen. Absolutely not a deal breaker as it works great most of the time. It only seems to happen when the pencil can use a charge. I would order again.
