I have to ask my cat Joey to write this review. But I will speak for him. He HATED it for the first 5 minutes and tried to escape by putting his paw in the extra gap. Joey is quite tall so we ordered extra large and to be honest I should have ordered the regular size. It would be good. Joey's only gripe is that the collar is quite THICK as the material is double folded. So there's a lot of material under his chin. But the dog is doomed unless he's a darn cute cat with that bow tie! We wore it a few times before Christmas to get used to it. It helped a lot. But again, the size is large and most cats only need the regular size.
