I bought this to charge 10,000mAh NI-MH Tenergy 4 cell D batteries. (Note: These are high capacity D batteries, not the ones you typically find in large department stores which only pack 1 AA battery in a D case). Charged 24 hours from 10% of the charge (once you put it). They were almost charged when I had to temporarily unplug the USB-C and then plug it back in. After that, the state of charge started near the starting point. It took another hour to fully charge. It is best to use a USB-C charger with a USB-C cable (not included) as it charges faster. About 20 hours compared to 24 hours with D cells, but can the charging time be shortened? The quality of the device seems to be good. The display is clear and easy to use.
