Great staff and great product

The original packaging didn't have a spring in the filter for one reason or another. They quickly sent a new one and it works great. A small humidifier next to my bed helps a lot at night. I no longer wake up with pain in my sinuses or throat. It even helps me wake up in the morning because I feel more refreshed. The mood lighting is great too. I use it as a night light for my daughter when she wants to sleep in my bed.
