In my short experiment in one day I felt a noticeable increase in perception!

I am intrigued by the subject of nootropics and their claim to provide clearer and even improved thinking, so I have experimented with several formulas. This retails at $50 and is said to last for a month at the recommended 4 capsules per dose. Then I saw in the instructions that it is recommended to take it up to 4 times a day! Even just two doses a day reduces the supply to two weeks or a hundred dollars a month. Unthinkable given the cost of prescription drugs, but still a great addition to the average person's budget. Now I had a much more critical eye. If it can be taken 4 times a day and you're awake for maybe 14 hours, does the effect only last 4 hours? I only took one dose yesterday and that was the only supplement I took to ensure that an effect can only be attributed to this one product. I'm certainly not a chemist, but I was familiar with most of the ingredients, having taken a few individually in the past and knowing that they can all have a beneficial effect. As I left that day, it dawned on me that I felt different. So much so that it got me thinking as I had forgotten I had taken those capsules as I was busy with my own business. It may seem far-fetched, but my perception has become more tangible and intense. The effect of a dietary supplement is often most dramatic when a particular mineral or chemical is lacking in your diet. That may have been the case for me, because although I eat very healthy, I often don't eat enough every day. Whatever the explanation, it was a deep sense of well-being and connection. The only other profound difference I've noticed in a supplement over the years has been ashwagandha, which has an incredibly calming and evening effect, and maca root, which seemed to give me an almost maniacal amount of energy throughout the day when i first got it took it and noticed the effect. effect during the working day.
