Review on Walker Exhaust Spring Bolt 35129 by Jeremy Gums

Although listed as fitting 2004 Pontiac Vibe they will not fit AWD Vibe. After comparing the installed screws to be removed to these, it seemed like they would work as a generic replacement compared to the old screws while they were still there. While not the same design as the old bolts, they still appear to be usable. However, the design of the flange and the small gap on the left side of the flange prevented the nut from being fitted. The old bolts were screwed directly into the flange, eliminating the gap problem. After some research I found the exact size of metric spring bolts I needed and found them at Revain as the Dorman 675-221. They were a few dollars cheaper, much heavier, and exactly the same size, construction, and threading as the old screws. However, they were not listed as suitable for AWD Vibe, only FWD, so they never turned up in my original search on Revain. This information should be checked and corrected. I don't have a return period so I think I'm stuck on these screws. Hopefully this review will help anyone else who is struggling with this issue to find what they need.
