This was an add-on purchase when I was replacing the exhaust flange gasket on my 1999 Honda CRV where the header pipe exits the catalytic converter inlet and the flex joint I bought this bolt kit before replacing this gasket replace because I saw a lot of rust on the 15 year old bolts I was about to remove. I give 1 star because this kit was made for offered the exhaust flange 41726 Walker. The exhaust adapters section has a lot of feedback on fitting issues. You're right, this bolt is 9/16 on a plain surface, but the holes in the flange are about 7/32, which is smaller.
