Worked on my 99 CRV

This was an add-on purchase when I was replacing the exhaust flange gasket on my 1999 Honda CRV where the header pipe exits the catalytic converter inlet and the flex joint I bought this bolt kit before replacing this gasket replace because I saw a lot of rust on the 15 year old bolts I was about to remove. I expected to break regular nuts and bolts during disassembly. I was right! The bolts in this kit are slightly different from the original bolts, but they work acceptably and are MUCH…

  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • I will add later

I give 1 star because this kit was made for offered the exhaust flange 41726 Walker. The exhaust adapters section has a lot of feedback on fitting issues. You're right, this bolt is 9/16 on a plain surface, but the holes in the flange are about 7/32, which is smaller. I was able to smooth the smooth surface of the bolt, but a lot of people can't and/or shouldn't. The bag says it replaces the 317w part, maybe that's the problem? If you buy male and female flange kits (also from Walker) be aware…

Not for 2004 Pontiac Vibe AWD

Although listed as fitting 2004 Pontiac Vibe they will not fit AWD Vibe. After comparing the installed screws to be removed to these, it seemed like they would work as a generic replacement compared to the old screws while they were still there. While not the same design as the old bolts, they still appear to be usable. However, the design of the flange and the small gap on the left side of the flange prevented the nut from being fitted. The old bolts were screwed directly into the flange…

Exact OEM replacement. Exactly what I expected.

2000 Honda Civic LX, D16Y7 engine 230,000 miles with original "A" front pipe, approximately 75,000 miles with replacement original "B" pipe (both Minnesota winters and exposed to road salt) . Aside from rust on used parts, new screws and springs appear identical to them. Of course, the original rusty springs were slightly shorter with use; The replaced ends of the springs were tapered like the originals and fitted snugly to the pipe flange and bolt heads. The plug gasket fit well after…

Perfect for exhaust and emissions

Wish these listings had bolt specs. I bought other screws but they turned out to be the wrong diameter or thread. So I went with them because they are the same brand as my catalytic converter, even though Revain said they don't fit my car. So here is the script. I ordered a new flexible pipe and a new catalytic converter. Fitted the catalytic converter on arrival and everything was fine. However, I quickly found that the flex hose did not fit properly, despite eBay saying it was compatible with
