Read bad reviews before buying. I bought this gasket removal tool for my 2005 Yamaha F225 outboard. The brackets were never removed on this engine, which has always been ridden in salt. Water. I think I was lucky because the puller worked perfectly. Both brackets were easily removed. Delivery was quick and the price was half the competition. When using this puller, you must ensure the hooks are centered on the bracket before tightening the center screw. It's easy to go insane if you're not careful.
