I don't normally write reviews but this time I felt compelled. I have been using Adams products for several years now and have purchased both direct from them and direct from Revain. For starters these towels are really good and so soft that some of my other "quality" towels can be felt with detail. not by default. I use these towels in combination with their new CS3 Si02 Waterless Wash/Spray Wax. When used properly, these wipes leave no streaks and a second wipe brings them to a really nice shine. They seem to hold quite a bit of liquid but I don't use them as a car wash drying towel. I don't think they sell them that way, but they seem pretty absorbent for a detailed towel. For the price of 6 packs they are a bit overpriced although very good for what you pay for. . I have paid the same price and gotten more towels from other brands but they lack quality compared to this one. Overall I am very happy with these towels, so happy I bought a second pack of 6 to replace some of my lower quality towels. Now for the reason I wrote the review. On my first purchase of this set of 6, I received 5 gray creaseless towels and 1 universal creaseless towel instead. I contacted them via email the evening of their arrival. I asked how I could get their Edgeless Utility towel back in exchange for the last rimless gray Edgeless I was missing. The next day they replied and said to keep the utility to themselves and they would send Edgeless for free as it was their fault. Delivery by post took less than 3 working days. Considering it took just over a week to receive 6 packs I was very impressed!
