Review on 📸 Versatile Light Blue Olympus Tough Sports Holder CSCH-123 for TG-1,2,3,4,5 & 6 Cameras by Chris Prix

Faulty strap and lots of room for improvement

I've had a few issues with this mount and my TG-4. First, the end of the tape is separated from the rest of the cord without tension. It just resolved. Obviously defective. Good thing the camera wasn't being carried by a strap when this happened. Second, it's impossible to tell if the camera is level (most of my videos are rotated left or right) or even level. I was mountain biking and all I could see in the resulting video was my front wheel. I tried to adjust the position and backed up, now he was pointing too high. Then I went horseback riding. I tried to find a good position but it pointed too high. The problem is that the viewfinder isn't visible at all, it's impossible to tell until the video has been captured. I ended up having to take the camera out of the mount and put it back in to start/stop the video. every time

Pros

Cons
  • Don't really like it, it's ok
