Update: We spent hours figuring out how to uninstall windows to reinstall clean windows to make room to actually update. That also does not work. Please don't buy this. HP didn't anticipate that they would need more space. Now you can't update windows but the shitty thing. Even if you click Don't Refresh, the computer will halt your work until you do so. but you can't with that; I would definitely not recommend this laptop. HP MUST reimburse this amount for credit towards a working computer. We only use this for online surfing and you basically can't because your operating system won't update and any website with any merit won't work because you don't have disk space. Too slow, no memory. HP bankrupted its representative because of this. I'm surprised they released something you can't update.
