I have it obsessed Many different brands of LED and hid headlights have been installed over the years. I have found that ballasts often fail after a few months, especially if they are not properly fitted. This was the original reason I switched to LED headlights/bulbs. LEDs have the same brightness without the extra ballast (and extra bulkiness and headaches). These LED headlights are easy to install and look great. They come with two strips of 3m tape to secure the wires. In general I liked these. The back of some other LEDs can be quite large, making them very difficult to install depending on your vehicle make and mounting method. In my Nissan Altima you have to remove the bumper and the headlight housing yourself to change the bulb. These or climb through the wheelhouses. They were installed in a Toyota Corolla, which I could do right from the hood, like changing a lightbulb.
