It's ok but overpriced. But the return policy is terrible. You have to pay for the return shipping, which I think I can accept. But you have to go to either a retail store or a UPS store, get in line, and talk to people to get it back. Online shopping is all about staying away from shops and crowds during the COVID-19 crisis. Why can't they allow UPS shipping like everyone else, especially since they make the customer pay the UPS fee anyway. I think this process where you get people to return products is just a way to discourage people from returning products they find unsatisfactory. If they bother enough to send it back, we just keep it. This is an extremely bad and unwise policy in general, especially during the COVID-19 crisis, which by the way is now at its peak in history (in November 2020).
