I bought one of these for storage. Since I store sensitive data in it, zippers are important. I prefer combination locks to padlocks as it's easy to lose the key. Unfortunately, number wheels are very difficult to turn. The wheels are sticky so opening the box becomes tedious. It's just sloppy craftsmanship that makes a decent storage box unwieldy.

Everything as expected except for one major problem. The guides on which the folder holders rest are too short. You don't reach the end. There is a 0.5 inch gap in the front and back, allowing the front and back file holders to fall through. See photos. I ordered three and they all have the same problem. I was looking for a portable briefcase that is not too heavy but sturdy. One that can endure daily use. It meets all requirements. Locks are reliable, three-digit combination; a latch lock. The combination can be easily set and reset by the owner. The pages are very strong and unlikely to tear easily. The corners are reinforced, as is the frame. Update: backordered with very fast delivery. Excellent! Disappointed. This would have been perfect for our needs, but the lock feature (the main reason I bought it) didn't work. To set your code hold the button on the right and you should be able to set your code. I did this and the numbers didn't change after adjusting the default zeros. It's ok but overpriced. But the return policy is terrible. You have to pay for the return shipping, which I think I can accept. But you have to go to either a retail store or a UPS store, get in line, and talk to people to get it back. Online shopping is all about staying away from shops and crowds during the COVID-19 crisis. Update. Surprisingly it didn't help at all with this issue but by contacting the seller directly they were quick to replace the item for me. However, the overall quality of the product still feels very unreliable for a lockable box. Attention buyers! I ordered 4 identical plain black file lock boxes but when I opened the box I had 2 plain black as ordered and 2 with AC/DC Back in Black symbols on the side.
