Faulty computers and accessories

Should have known better than to buy an unknown brand flash drive. USB-C port not working, not recognized by Mac or PC. The first few MB are fine, but then it fails to write to disk. I have no idea how fast this drive actually is as I can't run a flash drive test on it as it doesn't write after about 2 seconds.
