I didn't buy them for lip gloss but they are perfect for that. I bought these to add homemade watercolor inks. I spend a lot of drawing lessons in the park at home. Due to Covid I can't bring my kids to my home, I have to take things outside to the park. I can fill, seal and transport 2-3 children's colors into these small containers. The kids can then come over to my supply table, grab the colors they want, and take those little gems back to their desk without spilling them. I can do all my preparations before going to the park. They're heavy enough and low enough that the wind doesn't blow them up like the little paper bath cup I use. It's absolutely perfect! They can be used to make really pretty lip gloss containers or to hold small portions of rhinestones, sequins or pearls.
