I like the sound quality and the comfort in my ears. The first pair shut down after 10 minutes after the first day. When they couldn't help I returned them for a new pair. Here, too, the first day lasted more than 5 hours. The second and turned off in less than 10 minutes. I posted a comment on this on the digital manual page; Days later no response. I then emailed the support address provided; no reply after 3 days. A question asked about this Revain list, no answer. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I'm not getting any help.
