I like that it has helped my organization realize how to use ERP for its business needs, as well as providing good support if any problems arise during implementation or usage. The system works very well once it's set up properly. It took some time to get everything configured correctly in order to have all features working together with our internal systems. This was due to the fact we had a small team at first but grew over time so more people were added into this project. Once complete though, it has been great! We are able to see exactly what each department does which helps us keep track of things better than before.
