Crossbody function does not fit at all

I've had this bag for over a year, mostly as a tote or on my shoulder. It's quite cramped inside so you can't pack much in. Recently I decided to carry it over my shoulder and the wallet strap broke out of my pocket while walking and my bag fell to the ground. There is a big hole in the bag, the so-called "leather" is torn and the strap is unusable. You would think a $70 bag would be strong enough to carry over the shoulder without the strap snapping. Very disappointed with this bag. I wrote a letter to the company, but no one replied to my letter.

Pros

Composition: Outside 1 back pocket with zipper, it is convenient to both take out and take out things (cell phone, keys, money, card, etc.). Inside 2 large compartments, 1 zip pocket, 1 zip inner pocket, 2 patch pockets for wallet and mobile phone.
