Bought for my custom loop. Attached at a 45° angle. No leaks, and water doesn't come into contact with aluminum. Display is easily read from my chair about five feet away. Power hookup is Molex. The three-pin connector absolutely works to provide power (despite my assumption that the logic is 5V, and the fan header providing 12V, it works fine. The 4-pin Molex connector is not needed in this case). I assumed it to be a tach report for flow, but my motherboard can't get any reading off of it. It's definitely not a temperature sensor, as those are two-wire hookups, and this is clearly meant for a fan header. Temperature readings seem accurate compared to two other sensors; I don't have anything to check the flow meter against, but it doesn't seem implausible, and does move in the expected direction when I change my pump speed. Good-looking unit.
