UPDATE: Even though this bag didn't fit me, customer service works. The return/exchange period was long overdue and the company still offered to replace the bag, for which I am very grateful. I have changed my rating to reflect this! I already had a bag of this brand and I really liked it, I have used it for more than two years. I ordered this bag in October 2020 and had to request a replacement size by January 2021: the top double zip seam came undone and I lost both zips. It's only been four months and the backpack straps are coming loose from the bag. Definitely not as good as the first.
