Had the umbrella less that six months and the umbrellas broke loose from the housing. There is no way to find the manufacturer to make a warranty claim. Rubeder, who sells the product has no public website or phone number for returns. Before it broke, it was a good product and easy to use.

I love this umbrella, 10ft covers my table area, I ordered the pink. But, once it's in place with the weight, it cannot be moved. Umbrella will not swivel side to side or tilted for different coverage.

I got the orange color and love it. It was so easy to set up and the tilt mechanism is very easy to use. Tilts with little effort on my shoulder's part! You won't regret buying this umbrella. Mine is set in a very heavy table so there are no issues with the wind tipping the table and umbrella over. It is also very moisture resistant.on dewy mornings, the water drips from each each rod on to the deck. No moisture comes through the material. It made our deck pop!

I like the size of the umbrella, and it seems really nice, the downfall is the stand. It is not sturdy at all, not conducive to just stand on a patio safely. In the wind/breeze they are not sturdy at all. We had to go out and buy sandbags to secure them. patio is not wood it is cement so anchoring is another issue.

Bought this for my cousin for by her pool. She's so sweet to let us all come use it and this will keep us protected when not swimming. Not out of the box yet because pool isn't open yet but I'm sure she'll love it! Fast shipping too!

Love it! Beautiful and it matches my patio set. Just be patient and follow directions when assembling. I used an empty cans of laundry detergent filled with water with two twenty pounds dump bells for weight. Saves me $30-40 bucks. Lol. With just a zip ties, tighting the handles of the cans together and a water proof duck tape. I can also use a black plastic bag to cover the detergent cans if I wanted. Overall,. Awesome Umbrella. Loved it until it snapped and broke. Lots to spend for only 2 months of use. Spent money on sand anchors only to have the plastic break. Bummed

I really loved this out of box. Easy to put together and feels sturdy. After two weeks I have noticed a couple things that really bother me. First, the umbrella is two different grays, I can’t image that it would be faded on every few panels with only a handful days of use. (We’ve had a lot of rain so it’s been closed) Second, the tilt mechanism is not sturdy at all. It has to be completely down or All the way tilted, there is no in between it slips to the top every time.

I bought two of these umbrellas, and put them on my dock. They worked perfectly together. The color was a beautiful bright red. I keep them covered when not in use. I must say they are easy to use, l would purchase again,

This is not a high end umbrella and you should know that with it priced this way.It was easy to assemble. I regret not paying the extra money to have an umbrella that you can manuever as the sun moves and sets.like I said, you get what you pay for. You definitely need the base (filled with water or sand).I do get a little nervous with the umbrella swaying around in very little wind.

Love my umbrella, I have 2 of them. They have great customer service. I will definitely buy from them again May be too heavy to transport to different outdoor locations!

Opened up the umbrella for this sunny day, came back a few minutes later to the umbrella closed. Turns out the crank lift slowly closes itself.Other issues noticed is the quality of the Fixed Handle pole greatly diminishes over time and cannot fully hold the weight of the opened umbrella over time.Looks great but just cheap, cheap quality that slowly detoriates.

What I like of this production is how easy it can be set up and how strong the fabric material and pole support is.The size is big. The most creative umbrella. I can even take head piece off and hang on a tree. It is easy to pack in a car or hang on any wall to storage it. Smart stuff!

So far it's just okay. It's not the easiest off-set umbrella I've used as the handles and cranks seem a little cheap but it does the job. The base that was recommended with it did not work well at all and has caused it to fall over many times though.

The umbrella is very good however, the base is too small for the umbrella. Especially in the extended position. Tips over wind or no wind. Do not put it together until you have a very heavy base on it.

We love this umbrella but the canvas is thin and the support sleeve is plastic. Just not sure how long it will hold up. Thanks for attention.
