They fit me well. I would give them a 5 but sometimes they break at the base and get stuck between the teeth. Pretty hard to get them out. I have a couple of molars that are giving me problems around my gum line (sometimes I have pain around my gum line). They are great for keeping this condition under control. With a molar tooth, the problem is almost gone. For the other molar, these brushes keep it under control. If you're having similar issues, I recommend trying these. For those of you unfamiliar with this, some brands have more than one size or diameter of wire and brush - for people with wide or narrow gaps between their teeth. . My teeth are clenched fairly tightly and this works very well. There are several crooked teeth that these brushes will not fit between. I recently created another brand [gum] that said "moderate" - it doesn't fit between my teeth. Some brands cost more. You can find this brand at a lower price.
