We bought this product as a safe way to introduce our new kitten to our existing cat and to keep them separate while the new foster kitten was treated for ringworm . I didn't want to attach Velcro to the door molding, so we attached buttons every few inches. The little kitten climbed right up and ran down the top when we were outside. Reinforced, she still climbed and was only able to escape about every 5 attempts thereafter. Now that the kittens have made friends and aren't in quarantine, we can try using it as a privacy screen so they can enjoy the porch. but will double the profit.
