The system is very intuitive to use with an easy interface for both technicians as well as customers/owners who want information about their systems in real-time or historical data analysis of past events (such as voltage fluctuations). It's also great that there are multiple options within each section which makes it easier than other products I've used during my career so far! There isn't anything i dislike from this product - everything seems pretty straight forward and has been helpful while working remotely out here in Alaska where we don’t have access to many tools like these.
