SmartCSM and Wiresquare integration makes me wish i just used wiresquare alone

The best thing is that I don't have to go through all of my work orders or even look for them anymore since they are automatically synced with our cloud system! Sometimes it takes awhile before everything shows up in CSMS but overall its been pretty reliable so far (knock wood). We were able use smartcsm as well when we worked out side jobs like running power poles etc.. It has saved us tons upon times from having to search around to find an invoice or order number which was usually buried…

Easy setup, great platform functionality

The ease of use and overall product is amazing! It's user friendly for everyone in our organization including those who have no previous experience with smartcsm or csm devices themselves. I wish there were more options to customize my own dashboard so that it was easier to see what jobs are going where but other than that this has been an easy transition from manual control panels into automated systems. We've realized huge savings through automation using smart CSMs as well as improved safety

  • The user interface can be improved upon the navigation to certain parts of the dashboard

Intuitive software paired w high quality customer service

The system is very intuitive to use with an easy interface for both technicians as well as customers/owners who want information about their systems in real-time or historical data analysis of past events (such as voltage fluctuations). It's also great that there are multiple options within each section which makes it easier than other products I've used during my career so far! There isn't anything i dislike from this product - everything seems pretty straight forward and has been helpful…

  • I like that there is a training section and that you can go back and review the training as many as you want

  • It's not clear what sections you can use and where to go for what information
