Review on SmartCSM by Dave Hersma

The best thing is that I don't have to go through all of my work orders or even look for them anymore since they are automatically synced with our cloud system! Sometimes it takes awhile before everything shows up in CSMS but overall its been pretty reliable so far (knock wood). We were able use smartcsm as well when we worked out side jobs like running power poles etc.. It has saved us tons upon times from having to search around to find an invoice or order number which was usually buried under old invoices/orders somewhere else.
