Ive gotten quite a few badge reels, and this one is my favorite so far. The verdict is still out on the durability, but I have been using mine for a month. I work at a hospital in IT, so I am all over the place badging through doors and into different workstations. The reel spring is quite a bit stronger than other ones ive used, so it took some getting used to. Every time I use it though, I still think to myself how strong the spring is. Its like getting a workout. On the plus side of that, however, is that the reel wont come undone if you keep heavy things on your badge.All the other badge readers Ive had have broken right where the reel string meets the ring, even the metal cord ones. We will see if this suffers the same fate.
