I like that we have an excellent customer service when ever there is any issue with our software which of course happens quite often due to its complex features! Great product overall, easy for non tech individuals as well those who want more control over their business phone system but not willing or able (or know how)to get in contact w/NEC's support team directly via email - it would be great if they made this process much smoother so new clients could also utilise some benefits while still being given full access /support upon request from NEPO personnel themselves by way & providing them proper training regarding useability etc! The software has been very useful in our daily operations, it is easy to use and manage our telecom department. It is reliable and have been able to track calls, SMS, emails with ease. I believe that this product can be improved if they will consider the feedback from customers who are using their products. It is a good tool for tracking incoming calls, SMS, Emails. We are able to track our customer's calls and messages easily.
