Enough storage space in the front pocket. I liked that it has retractable handles, but was expecting them to be more durable - not made of the same fabric as the case. The handles feel a little "tight" when in use. I also wish there was a feature to attach it to the handle of a suitcase so it would be safe when traveling due to the size and weight of a 17" laptop. I didn't think I'd miss that particular feature due to the shoulder strap, but the reality is I'm not going to attach the strap to my laptop when traveling and collide with it at every step - it's much easier to slip a cover over it handle of a suitcase and know that it is protected from falling and tipping over.
