Review on YULIANG 6 5Ft3 2Ft Waterproof Independence Decoration by Jennifer Roberts

I bought 3 for family members. The lights look amazing. i really love it however a bit strange. I have an LED flag near my house. Plugged into an outlet inside. When I turn off the extension cord, the light stays very dim. Tried a new one and the same. I also tried a remote control socket plugged into an extension cord that I use for Christmas. but also when i turn off the remote control outlet and power strip. it's still on. I have to unplug it to turn it off completely. I'm not worried but I'm sooo curious how this happens. So the power should come when the tape is off?
