Bought one to test, loved it, just ordered a second one. The quality is excellent. We weren't sure what we wanted until we saw this stool and it was a quick decision. It came quickly in a very handy box with everything you need. This applies to the rack, not the height of the bar. We love how it can be tucked under the bar and ready to use without compromising the open feel of our kitchen. The company provides a phone number and website in case there are questions or an additional part is needed. Update: We just bought a third one. After using two bar stools daily for 9 months, the third one was assembled today and we can't tell which one is new - the two used ones still look perfect! We've found that most of us pull them back and forth rather than picking them up, so we decided to remove the plastic covering from the bottom and replace them with nailed felt circles to prevent scratching our wooden floor.
