Switching to a new PC is always a challenge. My concerns were: build quality, parts advertised and received, and shipping. SkyTech exceeded my expectations in all areas. Let's start with the delivery, my computer arrived early! The packaging was exceptional, everything was tight, easy to unpack, 0 surprises. A visual inspection of the PC showed that the assembly was of high quality. The wiring was perfect, laid out logically and all advertised parts were actually in the system. The moment of truth came during power up - my SkyTech booted up with no issues, windows opened, I logged in by connecting to wifi - I had about 30 minutes of Windows Auto fix and I was ready to go! No problems, everything is well organized. Skytech's instructions folder had clear and concise instructions in case I had any problems. It's fun to be able to run ANY game in the highest resolution without any problems. Totally satisfied customer.
