The ability to have all of our vet's information in one place, including their records and current treatment plan. It also makes it easy for us as vets to access this info when needed without having to log into multiple websites or apps. I wish there was an option to make notes directly within the app rather than logging out every time we need to add something that isn't already included (i.e. medications). We use this service daily so its helpful that they can pull up previous visits if we are unsure about what medication/treatment the patient has received previously.
