The ability to have all of our vet's information in one place, including their records and current treatment plan. It also makes it easy for us as vets to access this info when needed without having to log into multiple websites or apps. I wish there was an option to make notes directly within the app rather than logging out every time we need to add something that isn't already included (i.e. medications). I like that it allows you to search for any vets in your area, so if you know someone who is great but does not work where you are, you can still find them! It's also easy to look up info about procedures or drugs before going into vet offices. This app has made finding vet references very convenient.
