The ease of use and the variety of features available, especially when it comes to VPR. I've been a vet for 15 years now and am very comfortable using the software, but I still have to get someone to help me with the details. I think that's because I'm not a computer person, but I've been able to get help with the VPR Cloud support team. I use the software primarily to register my clients and their pets for boarding and for emergency care. It helps me keep track of all my clients, and I can look up their VIN to see if they've been involved in a claim against me. It also lets me keep track of all the veterinary services that I've provided.
