I didn't have two headrests in the back seat but I made up for it by only using the one in the middle. That was the only problem, besides being so cute and pretty easy to install. I had to cut holes for the headrests so they could be put back in place and the seat belt buckles were visible. So unless you want to make a few minor fixes like this, then this isn't for you. But I would 100% recommend any set. Everything super cute!
