Sizing does not match factory fenders

I bought these because one of the rear fenders broke in a snowdrift. The mudflaps on the truck are new (factory fitted), larger than the ones I received, they don't fit and aren't the same size. I have a 2012 Nissan Frontier 4x4 SV King Cab and would like to know if anyone else has had this problem?
