I had high hopes for this since I looked at the reviews. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. Let's get down to business: - In the attached video I show that the rubber clasps at the bottom of the tray were completely broken off. In terms of functionality, not so much. In terms of user design, that sucks. Not sure if I received a bad product or if this is every product but no other review mentions this. - Extension rows don't stay in place as mentioned by another person. It's not that big of a deal, but it defeats the purpose from a design standpoint. In my second video you can see it stays in place once it's in the drawer so not exactly a terrible product but it's a bit annoying. will keep it as sending it back is too much work.
