I breed mini and standard sized Aussie Labradoodles and I have used them on my standard 10-12 lb 8 week old puppies and they fit them well, must but can be adjusted largest dimension which is 11.5 inches. I usually don't put them on until they've gone home or for a photo, why? I myself can tell them apart, they just get dirty, twitch, chew on each other, etc. But I was happy with the quality and price! I have also used the small colors for puppies with velcro and I like them much better for standard and mini size puppies and they are actually good enough to send home as an actual collar and not just a "puppy collar" to identify them. With. They don't fit standard size puppies so I also send them home in puppy packs with a leash and martingale collar for training. But I'm giving these collars an A because they were bigger and came out years ago! It's pretty new!
