Excellent lens for wide-angle macro photography. I haven't tried much architectural photography with this lens as it has quite a lot of fisheye. It makes up for that with the incredible macro shots you can take. In addition, it is very convenient to create videos. An open aperture is very convenient, and if your camera frames the video, you won't notice the fisheye effect. Sturdy metal construction and nice compact size. The attached images were taken at f2.8 and f22 on the Sony A6500.
