I have long hair (about 4 inches below my shoulders). My hair has become very dry and frizzy on the side I slept on after the surgery and I can't sleep at night with anything on my head. I used a silk pillowcase but that didn't help either. .I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks now and they are soft and silky, in fact I noticed a difference after the first shampoo. Now it doesn't get tangled up so much when I sleep and it smells great! If you have oily hair, this shampoo probably isn't for you, but it's perfect for medium to dry hair.
