I liked the size and concept of this mug press. I also have a professional mug press. The first day I used it, it did a great job. I liked that the mug heats up from the bottom and from the sides. Good and easy results. Wanted to grab some gifts quickly and the sync/heat feature just doesn't work properly. He heated my mug in 15 minutes! Obviously a mess. The blacks were brown and the whole image was washed out and washed out. You have no control over time. Waste of $200. The return window is closed.
